The CAA requires accredited programs to make available to the general public the data for the 3 most recently completed academic years for the following student achievement measures:
Programs must indicate clearly for which accredited program the data is being presented (e.g., clinical doctoral program in audiology or master’s program in speech-language pathology, if both professional area programs are offered). Programs that include a distance education or satellite component as part of their accreditation must post all of the student achievement data separately for each modality.
The program must make student outcome measures available to the general public by posting the results on the program’s website via a clearly visible and readily accessible link. The CAA requires that student outcome measure data be labeled “Student Achievement Data” or “Student Outcome Data.”
The CAA is applying these conditions to ensure that student achievement data are easily and readily accessible from the graduate program’s website, as well as being clearly visible to the public—for prospective students, parents, and other interested parties. Consistent labeling across programs’ websites also will help foster public awareness, use, and understanding of these data.
The following formats are examples of how programs may choose to display their data. Note: Actual academic years should be provided in the tables.

Note: The Praxis examination reporting period is the testing year or examination cycle, not the year of graduation for the test-takers. The data for each reporting period may include test-takers who graduated from the program within the prior 3 years.

Note: The employment rate reporting period is not the year of graduation. The data for each reporting period should represent the individuals who graduated from the program one year prior. The CAA will no longer require programs to publish employment rates as part of its student outcome data as of January 1, 2023; however, if the program opts to continue to provide these data they must be current and accurate to comply with the overarching expectations for CAA's Standard 1.9 Public Information.
